Collaborating closely with our clients, we crafted a comprehensive end-to-end Charge Point Operator (CPO)/Client platform. This all-encompassing solution integrates 24/7 real-time monitoring and management capabilities for charge point operators, aggregating data from a vast network of over 1000 chargers. Notably, the platform boasts dynamic scalability, ensuring adaptability to the evolving demands of the electric mobility landscape. Through this collaborative effort, we have not only met but exceeded expectations, delivering a robust and technologically advanced platform that empowers our clients with unparalleled control and insights into their charging infrastructure.

The Dashboard serves as the nerve center, providing a comprehensive overview of the charging infrastructure's overall health. Key metrics, real-time data, and critical alerts are consolidated in an intuitive interface, empowering administrators to monitor system performance, identify trends, and respond promptly to any issues.
Users
The Users section manages system users who play a crucial role in setting and managing the charging infrastructure. Administrators can add, modify, or revoke access permissions for individuals responsible for overseeing different aspects of the system. This feature ensures a secure and organized approach to system governance.
Station
In the Station section, administrators can access a detailed list and configurations of all charging stations within the infrastructure. This includes vital information such as location, capacity, operational status, and any specific configurations. The ability to manage and configure stations from a centralized platform facilitates efficient maintenance and optimization.
Customer
The Customer module maintains a comprehensive list of individuals who have signed up on the mobile app to use the charging infrastructure and associated services. Administrators can view customer details, track usage patterns, and address any customer-related inquiries or concerns. This feature ensures effective customer relationship management and personalized service.
Tariff
The Tariff section empowers administrators to set and manage pricing structures for charging services. This includes configuring rates based on factors such as charging speed, time of day, or user subscription levels.
